Tammie Clark BS
Tammie Clark is a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor and yoga instructor. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and minor in Family and Human Development. She has taken her passion for helping individuals become happier and healthier and combined it with fitness instruction. Her focus is primarily yoga-based. She has earned multiple nationally recognized fitness certifications which she draws upon to offer unique and personalized classes for her clientele.
Having the experience and fun of teaching fitness professionally for over 15 years, she has discovered the power of yoga to transform individuals both physically and emotionally in a safe, non-competitive atmosphere. Teaching students to tap into their internal strength and take it off the mat into the world is the most rewarding part of her job. With yoga training that is demographic specific and research based, she has found a niche in working with teens to help them find empowerment, healing, and strength through the medium of yoga. Tammie is the proud mother of three beautiful children and enjoys spending time with them and her husband of 23 years. In addition to fitness, she enjoys reading, baking, canning, photography, and travels as much as possible
"Teens and young adults who come to Uinta are pleasantly surprised that they live in a home in a residential neighborhood, that the mountains are right outside their door, and that they get to do all the normal things that teenagers like to do."
