Equine-Assisted Therapy

Our equine program is inspired by Uinta's legacy as one of the most purposeful and comprehensive equine programs in residential treatment. Horses, as intuitive herd animals, reflect human relational patterns. When a woman in crisis engages with a horse, the interaction becomes a mirror of how she navigates trust, boundaries, and connection.

This includes diagnostic evaluation, medication management and clinical interventions.

Insurance & Admissions

This young adult short term program works with most major insurance providers out of network. Billing is submitted monthly, and if out-of-network benefits are approved, payments from insurers are applied to the following month's tuition. Our admissions team will walk you through the process step by step.
