Faith Reece, BS

Faith Reece holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Human Services. Known for her leadership, management skills, and altruism, Faith is a creative and enthusiastic person with a deep passion for helping others thrive in a healthy environment.

Since joining Uinta in April 2021 as direct care staff, Faith has seen firsthand the hard work and growth of our students. She quickly rose to become the Home Manager for the West and East homes, and now serves as the Young Adult Program Director. Faith is honored to support students in gaining exceptional life skills and ensuring that Uinta provides a safe and well-staffed environment.
