Cheyenne Timbimboo

Admissions and Outreach Director

Cheyenne Timbimboo brings more than a decade of experience in residential treatment to her role as Admissions Director at Uinta Academy. She is a graduate of Utah State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with double minors in Sociology and Family & Human Development.

Cheyenne began her career in residential treatment in 2011 as a direct care staff member and steadily advanced into leadership roles, including Program Manager and Admissions Director. She spent eight years serving as Admissions Director at Logan River Academy, where she worked closely with families and referring professionals to guide thoughtful, well-informed placement decisions.

Known for her relational approach and steady presence, Cheyenne values walking alongside families during what is often a complex and emotional process. She finds deep meaning in helping families feel supported and in witnessing the growth and progress of students throughout treatment.

Cheyenne’s background and values align closely with Uinta Academy’s trauma-informed, family-centered model of care. She is committed to ensuring clarity, continuity, and connection for families and professionals exploring Uinta as a potential next step.

Outside of work, Cheyenne enjoys yoga, crafting, traveling, watching football, and spending time with family and friends.
