Allison Neuffer BS
Social Studies Teacher
Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History Education from Brigham Young University- Idaho, with a minor in Teaching English as a Second Language. While earning her degree, Allison spent a lot of time tutoring students and helping to develop curriculum as a teaching assistant, which gave her great experience to apply while working at Uinta. Allison is passionate about history and teaching, and loves working with Uinta students one- on-one. She grew up in the Chicago area but loves living in the West.
In her free time, Allison loves to cook, garden, or do anything outdoors, especially hiking, camping, and reading a good historical fiction novel in her hammock. She also loves to travel and take road trips (and stopping at every historical sight she passes).

"Teens and young adults who come to Uinta are pleasantly surprised that they live in a home in a residential neighborhood, that the mountains are right outside their door, and that they get to do all the normal things that teenagers like to do."
